في هذه الشروط، تحمل المصطلحات التالية المعاني المبيّنة أمامها:
باستخدامك المنصّة أو تسجيل حساب فيها، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وتلتزم بها. إذا كنت تمثّل شركةً أو كيانًا، فإنك تُقرّ بأن لديك صلاحية إلزامه بهذه الشروط.
يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ عامًا أو أكثر، وأن تكون مؤهلًا قانونيًا لإبرام العقود وفق أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية المعمول بها.
أنت مسؤول عن دقة بيانات التسجيل وصحّتها، والحفاظ على سرّية بيانات اعتماد حسابك، وجميع الأنشطة التي تجري من خلاله.
تُقدّم مزن منصّةً سحابية (SaaS) تُتيح للشركات إدارة محادثات واتساب مع عملائها ضمن بيئة CRM موحّدة. تشمل الخدمة — على سبيل المثال لا الحصر — صندوق البريد الموحّد، وإدارة جهات الاتصال، وأتمتة الردود، وإرسال الرسائل الجماعية المتوافقة مع سياسات Meta، وتكامل الواجهة البرمجية (API).
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الخدمة أو تحديثها أو إيقاف ميزات منها في أي وقت، مع السعي إلى إشعارك مسبقًا بالتغييرات الجوهرية.
تتوفّر المنصّة وفق خطط اشتراك موضّح تفصيلها وأسعارها في صفحة التسعير. جميع الأسعار بالريال السعودي وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة ما لم يُنصّ على خلاف ذلك.
تتجدّد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا في نهاية كل دورة فوترة ما لم تُلغِها قبل موعد التجديد. يُوقف الإلغاء التجديدَ عند نهاية الفترة المدفوعة الحالية دون استرداد للرسوم المسبقة.
لا تُستردّ رسوم الاشتراكات المدفوعة، إلا في الحالات التي يوجب فيها النظام ذلك أو في الحالات الاستثنائية التي تقدّرها مزن.
في حالة تعذّر تحصيل الدفعة، نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق الوصول إلى الحساب حتى تسوية المبلغ المستحق.
توافق على استخدام المنصّة وفق هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية وجميع الأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
يُحظر عليك على وجه الخصوص:
أنت وحدك المسؤول عن الحصول على موافقات عملائك النهائيين قبل مراسلتهم عبر واتساب، وعن الامتثال لأنظمة حماية البيانات ولسياسات Meta ذات الصلة.
تعتمد الخدمة على واجهة WhatsApp Business Platform التي تُديرها Meta Platforms, Inc. باستخدامك هذا التكامل، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بـسياسة واتساب للأعمال وجميع شروط Meta المنطبقة.
قد تُؤثّر قرارات Meta في أهلية حسابك أو حدودك أو إمكانية وصولك إلى الخدمة. لا تتحمّل مزن أي مسؤولية عن قرارات Meta أو تغييراتها في السياسات أو انقطاع خدماتها.
في حالة تعليق Meta لحسابك في واتساب للأعمال أو إيقافه، يحق لمزن تعليق خدمتها لحين حل المسألة مع Meta.
تمتلك مزن وحدها جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية المتعلقة بالمنصّة، بما تشمل البرمجيات والتصميمات والعلامات التجارية والمحتوى الذي تُنتجه مزن. لا تمنحك هذه الشروط أي حقوق ملكية في المنصّة، بل مجرّد ترخيص محدود لاستخدامها وفق شروطها.
تحتفظ بملكية محتواك ولا تتنازل عنه لمزن. بتحميلك المحتوى أو معالجته عبر المنصّة، فإنك تمنح مزن ترخيصًا محدودًا غير حصري لاستخدامه بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة وتحسينها.
تحكم سياسة الخصوصية جمعَ بياناتك الشخصية واستخدامها وحمايتها، وتُعدّ جزءًا لا يتجزّأ من هذه الشروط.
يلتزم كل طرف بالحفاظ على سرّية المعلومات السرّية للطرف الآخر وعدم الإفصاح عنها لأطراف ثالثة دون إذن مسبق، إلا بما تقتضيه الأنظمة أو يلزمه تنفيذ الخدمة.
تُقدَّم المنصّة «كما هي» و«بحسب توافرها» دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية بما في ذلك الضمانات الضمنية للصلاحية للغرض المحدد أو الجودة أو عدم الانتهاك.
لا تضمن مزن أن الخدمة ستكون متاحة دون انقطاع أو خالية من الأخطاء أو آمنة تمامًا. قد يتأثّر استمرار الخدمة بعوامل خارجة عن إرادتها كانقطاعات خدمة Meta أو قوّة قاهرة.
في أقصى الحدود التي يُجيزها النظام، لن تتجاوز المسؤولية الإجمالية لمزن تجاهك — بصرف النظر عن سبب المطالبة — مبلغ ما دفعته فعليًا لمزن خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة مباشرةً لنشوء المطالبة.
لن تكون مزن مسؤولة في أي حال عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية أو الخسارة في الأرباح أو فقدان البيانات أو الأضرار التي تنجم عن:
يحق لمزن تعليق حسابك أو إنهاء خدمتها فورًا في حالة انتهاكك لهذه الشروط أو سياسات Meta، أو التأخر الجسيم في السداد، أو إذا رأت مزن أن استمرار الخدمة يُعرّضها أو عملاءها الآخرين للضرر.
يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت عبر لوحة إعدادات حسابك أو بالتواصل مع فريق الدعم. يسري الإلغاء عند انتهاء الفترة المدفوعة الحالية.
عند انتهاء الاشتراك لأي سبب، يُوقَف وصولك إلى المنصّة، وتُحذف بيانات حسابك وفق سياسة الاحتفاظ المبيّنة في سياسة الخصوصية. يُنصح بتصدير بياناتك قبل إنهاء الحساب.
تحتفظ مزن بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. عند إجراء تغييرات جوهرية، سنُحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» وسنُشعرك بالوسائل المناسبة (مثل البريد الإلكتروني أو الإشعار داخل المنصّة). استمرارك في استخدام المنصّة بعد سريان التعديلات يُعدّ قبولًا لها. إن كنت لا توافق على التعديلات، فبإمكانك إلغاء اشتراكك قبل سريانها.
تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفق أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية المعمول بها. في حال نشوء أي نزاع، يسعى الطرفان أولًا إلى تسويته وديًا خلال ثلاثين (30) يومًا من إشعار أحدهما الآخر. وإن تعذّر ذلك، يُحال النزاع إلى الجهة القضائية المختصّة في مدينة الرياض.

By using the Platform or registering an account, you agree to and are bound by these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your account credentials confidential, and for all activities that occur under your account.
Muzon provides a cloud-based (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to manage WhatsApp conversations with their customers within a unified CRM environment. The service includes — without limitation — a shared inbox, contact management, automated replies, compliant bulk messaging, and API integration.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the service at any time, and will endeavor to give you advance notice of material changes.
The Platform is available under subscription plans with pricing detailed on the pricing page. All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at Muzon's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
If payment cannot be collected, we reserve the right to suspend access to the account until the outstanding amount is settled.
You agree to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
You must not, in particular:
You are solely responsible for obtaining all required consents from your end-customers before messaging them via WhatsApp, and for complying with applicable data protection regulations and Meta's relevant policies.
The service relies on the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. By using this integration you agree to comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy and all applicable Meta terms.
Meta's decisions may affect your account eligibility, messaging limits, or service access. Muzon bears no liability for Meta's decisions, policy changes, or service outages.
If Meta suspends or disables your WhatsApp Business account, Muzon may suspend its service until the matter is resolved with Meta.
Muzon owns all intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including its software, designs, trademarks, and Muzon-generated content. These Terms grant you no ownership rights in the Platform, only a limited licence to use it in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of your Content and do not transfer it to Muzon. By uploading or processing Content through the Platform, you grant Muzon a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it to the extent necessary to operate and improve the service.
The Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and protection of your personal data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information secret and not to disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or as necessary to perform the service.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
Muzon does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Service continuity may be affected by factors outside Muzon's control, such as Meta service outages or force majeure events.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muzon's total aggregate liability to you — regardless of the cause of action — shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by you to Muzon in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
In no event shall Muzon be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, loss of data, or damages arising from:
Muzon may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or Meta's policies, fail to make payment, or if Muzon determines that continuing the service would expose Muzon or its other clients to harm.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Upon termination for any reason, your access to the Platform will cease and your account data will be deleted in accordance with the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy. We recommend exporting your data before closing your account.
Muzon reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you by appropriate means (e.g. email or in-platform notice). Your continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the amendments, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek to resolve it amicably within thirty (30) days of one party notifying the other. If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Riyadh.
